Fourth: Resurrection and Rising from the Graves
Introduction

Fourth: Resurrection and Rising from the Graves
Know that the rising of people from their graves is confirmed by the Quran, the Sunnah, sound intellect, and an uncorrupted innate nature. Allah has spoken of it in His Mighty Book, furnished clear proofs for it, and rebutted its deniers in numerous verses of the Noble Quran. All the prophets informed their nations of it and summoned those who rejected it to believe.

Since our Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is the Seal of the Prophets—and since he and the Hour were sent as close together as “these two,” meaning the index and middle fingers—he detailed the matters of the Hereafter in a way found in none of the scriptures revealed before him.

The Great Resurrection is acknowledged by every prophet—from Adam to Noah, to Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and the rest, peace be upon them all.
