the living; the martyrs are alive with their Lord, receiving provision. Allah has protected them from the dread of that Day and granted them security against it. That dread is a punishment which Allah sends upon the most wicked of His creation. Allah says: “O mankind, fear your Lord! Indeed, the convulsion of the Hour is a terrible thing. On the Day you behold it, every nursing mother will forget the child she was nursing, every pregnant woman will miscarry, and you will see people as though drunk, yet they are not drunk; rather, the punishment of Allah is severe.” ⦗1⦘ They will remain in that state for as long as Allah wills…’” (the ḥadīth continues).

We ask Allah, Glorified and Exalted, to guide us to His straight path and to make her among those whom the Greatest Terror will not grieve, whom the angels will greet with: “This is your Day which you were promised.”
