The ruling on the Friday prayer1:
- The Friday prayer is a binding duty upon every legally accountable person; it is obligatory for every pubescent Muslim. This is attested by the explicit proofs declaring that Friday prayer is a right incumbent upon the mukallaf, by the severe warning leveled at those who forsake it, and by the Prophet’s ﷺ own resolve to burn the houses of those who absented themselves from it2. Once the Qur’anic command has been issued, nothing further remains to be said.

حكم صلاة الجمعة١:
١ - الجمعة حق على كل مكلف واجبة على كل محتلم بالأدلة المصرحة بأن الجمعة حق على مكلف وبالوعيد الشديد على تاركها وبهمه ﷺ بإحراق المتخلفين عنها٢ وليس بعد الأمر القرآني
