Chapter: Those Whose Sale and Disposals Are Valid and Those From Whom They Are Not

A free man’s sale is not valid unless he has reached adulthood and is not under legal interdiction for prodigality or bankruptcy; nor is a slave’s sale valid at all, even if he is an adult of sound mind.
