If, however, the purchaser had stipulated that the seller must deliver the commodity at every marketplace in that city or its adjoining village where such goods are traded, that stipulation is binding—unless the commodity is one for which no specific market exists. In that case the seller may deliver it wherever he chooses within that city or village, provided their quarters are far-flung, the transport would entail expense, and the two parties are disputing over the matter. Likewise, if the salam agreement was struck in one of their houses, the seller must fulfil delivery there. With Allah lies every success.
