finds that the shepherd girl knows Allah better than he does, for he has no sense of the direction of the One he worships. His heart remains veiled in darkness, never lit by the lights of knowledge and faith.
Whoever rejects this teaching should nonetheless embrace it, put it to the test, and turn the gaze of his heart to his Master above His Throne—seeing with one eye, blind with the other: seeing in terms of affirmation, existence, and realization; blind in terms of delimitation, confinement, and asking how. Should he do so, he will taste its fruits, God willing, and will discover its light and blessing both now and later. “None can inform you like the All-Aware.” Allah alone grants success and aid.
