saying, ‘Worship Allah and shun false gods.’”
Ever since Allah sent Muhammad—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—He accepts from anyone whom the message has reached only the religion with which He sent him, for his call extends to all creation. Allah Most High says:
“We have sent you only to all humanity.”
The Prophet—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—said:
“Any Jew or Christian of this community who hears of me and then does not believe in me will enter the Fire.”
Allah Most High says:
“My mercy encompasses all things. I shall ordain it for those who are mindful of Me, give zakat, and believe in Our signs.”
“Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find described in the Torah and the Gospel they possess. He enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong, makes good things lawful for them and forbids them foul things, and relieves them of their burdens and the shackles that bound them. Those who believe in him, honour him, support him, and follow the light sent down with him—it is they who will prosper.”
“Say, ‘O humanity! I am Allah’s Messenger to you all. To Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. There is no deity worthy of worship except Him; He gives life and causes death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the unlettered Prophet who believes in Allah and His words, and follow him so that you may be guided.’”
All creation must therefore follow Muhammad—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—worshipping none but Allah and worshipping Him according to the law of Muhammad—may Allah bless him and grant him peace—and no other. Allah Most High says:
“Then We set you upon a clear path in matters of religion, so follow it, and do not follow the desires of those who do not know.”
