And Shaykh al-Islām—may Allah have mercy on him—said:
In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
All praise is due to Allah, who is worthy of every attribute of praise and perfection and deserves praise in every circumstance. No one can praise Him fully; rather, He is as He has praised Himself, with the most perfect praise and the finest words. He bestows His blessings upon His servants by creating them, sending messengers to them, and guiding the believers among them to righteous deeds. He graciously pardons them and grants them an everlasting reward that neither ceases nor passes away. To Him belongs praise in this world and the Hereafter—abundant, pure, blessed praise, continuing without interruption.
I bear witness that there is no god worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner—the Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Most Great, the Most High. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, through whom He guided people out of error, and who enjoined upon the believers what is right and forbade them what is wrong, made lawful for them good things and prohibited foul things, and relieved them of their burdens and shackles. May Allah bless him and his family, the best of
