Muslim al-Basrī narrated to us: Sulaymān ibn Harb narrated to us: Shu‘bah narrated to us, from ‘Adī ibn Thābit, who said: I heard al-Barā’ say:
“When Ibrāhīm, the son of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, died, the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, ‘He has a wet nurse in Paradise.’”
Al-Bukhārī narrated it from Salmān ibn Harb. She was born in 598 AH and died in Shawwāl 688 AH.
Hadith 40:
The pious scholar Umm Muhammad Zaynab bint Ahmad ibn ‘Umar ibn Kāmil al-Maqdisiyyah informed us, as it was read to her while I listened, in 684 AH, as did Abū ‘Abd Allāh ibn Badr, Abū al-‘Abbās ibn Shaybān, and Ibn al-‘Asqalānī.
