So here He said:
“Allah—there is no deity worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence.”
He coupled this with the affirmation that there is no deity worthy of worship except Him. In Āl ‘Imrān, He added:
“He has sent down to you the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, and He revealed the Torah and the Gospel previously, as guidance for mankind, and He revealed the Criterion.”
This is belief in the scriptures and the messengers.
And He said in Tā Hā:
“On that Day, intercession will be of no benefit except from one whom the Most Merciful has permitted and whose words He approves. He knows what is before them and what is behind them, but they do not encompass Him in knowledge. And all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Whoever bears wrongdoing will have failed.”
