to you are livestock, except for what is recited to you; hunting is not permitted while you are in a state of ihrām (ritual consecration). Indeed, Allah ordains what He wills.”
He also says:
“That is Allah’s judgment; He judges between you.”
And He says:
“Is it the judgment of ignorance they seek? And who is better than Allah in judgment for a people who are certain?”
Concerning His creative judgment, He says:
“I will never leave this land until my father permits me or Allah judges for me, and He is the best of judges.”
Both kinds of judgment may be encompassed together, as in His saying:
“Judgment belongs to Allah alone.”
The same applies to His judging:
“And Allah judges in truth.”
Concerning the two kinds of sending forth and of sending, He says:
“It is He who sent forth among the unlettered a Messenger from among themselves.”
“We sent forth against you servants of Ours possessing great military might.”
And His sayings:
“Indeed, We have sent you as a witness, a bearer of good tidings, and a warner.”
“We certainly sent Our messengers with clear proofs.”
He has also said:
“Do you not see that We have sent the devils against the disbelievers, inciting them relentlessly?”
And He says:
“And We sent the winds as fertilizing agents.”
