Shaykh al-Islām—may Allah sanctify his soul—also said:

Section

Allah Most High said:

“If any of the polytheists seeks your protection, grant him protection so that he may hear the speech of Allah.”

It is sent down from Allah, as He Most High said:

“Shall I seek a judge other than Allah, when it is He who has sent down to you the Book, fully explained? Those to whom We gave the Scripture know that it has been sent down from your Lord in truth.”

He, glorified be He, thus stated that they know this, and knowledge can only be of what is true.

Allah Most High also said:

“The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Wise.”

“Hā Mīm.”

“The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Almighty, the All-Knowing.”

“Hā Mīm.”

“A revelation from the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.”

Allah Most High also said:

“But My word is binding: I will surely fill Hell with jinn and mankind all together.”

Allah Most High also said:

“Were it not for a word that had already gone forth from your Lord, and an appointed term, punishment would have been inevitable.”

There are other similar passages. Allah Most High also said:

“Say: The Holy Spirit has brought it down
