He was asked about women who wear large turbans and will neither see Paradise nor smell its fragrance, given that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, is reported to have said:

“Whoever says, ‘There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah,’ will enter Paradise.”

He answered:

It is established in Sahīh Muslim and elsewhere, on the authority of Abū Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“There are two groups among the people of Hell from my community whom I have not yet seen: women who are clothed yet naked, turning aside and drawing others aside, with something resembling the humps of Bactrian camels upon their heads. They will neither enter Paradise nor smell its fragrance. And men carrying whips like cattle’s tails, with which they beat Allah’s servants.”

Anyone who claims that this hadith is not authentic because of the stern warning it contains is ignorant and has strayed from the revealed law. He deserves punishment that will deter him and other ignorant people like him who challenge authentic hadiths from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.
