in manifest error.”

“I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me.”

Allah Most High says:

“Warn with it those who fear being gathered before their Lord, having no protector or intercessor besides Him, so that they may become mindful of Him.”

Allah Most High also says:

“It is not for any human being to whom Allah has given the Scripture, judgment, and prophethood to then say to people, ‘Worship me instead of Allah.’ Rather, ‘Be devoted servants of the Lord through your teaching of the Scripture and through your study of it.’

“Nor would he command you to take the angels and prophets as lords. Would he command you to disbelieve after you have submitted to Allah?”

Allah Most High sent the messengers and revealed the Scriptures so that all religion would be devoted to Allah alone. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said in an authentic hadith:

“We prophets share one religion.”

Thus, the religion is one, even though the prescribed laws and ways differ. Allah Most High says:

“We never sent a messenger before you without revealing to him: ‘There is no god but Me, so worship Me.’”

He Most High also says:

“Ask those of Our messengers whom We sent before you: Did We appoint any gods besides the Most Merciful to be worshipped?”

Allah Most High also says:

“We certainly sent a messenger to every nation, saying, ‘Worship Allah and shun false objects of worship.’”

Ever since Allah sent Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, He accepts from anyone whom the call has reached only the religion with which He sent him. His call extends to all created beings. Allah Most High says:

“We have sent you only to all mankind.”

The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:

“No Jew or Christian of this community hears of me and then fails to believe
