Allah will bring forth a people whom He loves and who love Him, humble toward the believers and stern toward the disbelievers, striving in the cause of Allah and fearing no one’s blame. That is Allah’s bounty, which He grants to whom He wills. Allah is All-Bountiful, All-Knowing.”
“Your ally is none but Allah, His Messenger, and those who believe—those who establish prayer, give zakah, and bow down in worship.”
“Whoever takes Allah, His Messenger, and the believers as allies—then surely it is the party of Allah that will prevail.”
He, exalted is He, also says:
“There, protection belongs to Allah, the True. He is best in reward and best in outcome.”
He also mentions “the allies of Satan,” saying:
“When you recite the Quran, seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed.”
“He has no authority over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.”
“His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who associate partners with Allah.”
He, exalted is He, also says:
“Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, while those who disbelieve fight in the cause of false gods. So fight the allies of Satan. Indeed, Satan’s scheming is weak.”
He, exalted is He, also says:
“And when We said to the angels, ‘Prostrate before Adam,’ they prostrated, except Iblīs. He was one of the jinn and rebelled against his Lord’s command. Will you then take him and his offspring as allies instead of Me, though they are your enemies? What an evil exchange for the wrongdoers!”
He, exalted is He, also says:
“Whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah has certainly suffered a manifest loss.”
He, exalted is He, also says:
“Those to whom people said, ‘The people have gathered against you, so fear them’—this only increased them in faith, and they said, ‘Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.’”
“So they returned with blessings and bounty from Allah, untouched by harm. They pursued Allah’s pleasure, and Allah is the Possessor of great bounty.”
