“Allah,” yet they worship others besides Him. Allah Most High says:

“If you ask them who created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon, they will surely say, ‘Allah.’”

Allah Most High also says:

“Say, ‘To whom belong the earth and whoever is in it, if you know?’”

“They will say, ‘To Allah.’ Say, ‘Then will you not take heed?’”

“Say, ‘Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the Mighty Throne?’”

“They will say, ‘Allah.’ Say, ‘Then will you not fear Him?’”

“Say, ‘In whose hand is the dominion of all things, who grants protection while none can grant protection against Him, if you know?’”

“They will say, ‘Allah’s.’ Say, ‘Then how are you deluded?’”

Thus, the polytheistic unbelievers acknowledge that Allah is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Among all the unbelievers, none has ever ascribed to Allah a partner equal to Him in His essence, attributes, and acts. No one has ever said this—not the Magian dualists, the Trinitarians, the polytheistic Sabians who worship the heavenly bodies and angels, those who worship prophets and righteous people, those who worship statues and graves, or others. All these people—although they are unbelievers and polytheists whose forms of polytheism vary—acknowledge the true Lord, who has no equal in His essence, His attributes, or any of His acts.

Nevertheless, they associate partners with Him in His divinity by worshipping other gods alongside Him, taking them as intercessors or partners; or in His lordship by making someone other than Him the lord of certain created beings in His stead, while acknowledging that He is the Lord of that lord and the Creator of those beings.

Allah sent all the messengers and revealed all the Scriptures with the affirmation of His oneness
