performed with the body—such as prayer and fasting—are best for them. What is best overall is that which most closely resembles the Prophet’s way, both inwardly and outwardly—may Allah bless him and grant him peace. For the best speech is Allah’s speech, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad—may Allah bless him and grant him peace. And Allah, glorified and exalted is He, knows best.
