which you think are motionless, while they pass like clouds—the handiwork of Allah, who has perfected everything.”

He has created things through causes, as Allah Most High says:

“And the water Allah sends down from the sky, reviving the earth thereby after its death.”

And He says:

“Then We sent down water through it, and brought forth with it fruits of every kind.”

And Allah Most High says:

“Through it Allah guides those who seek His pleasure to the ways of peace.”
