Majmu' al-FatawaIbn Taimiya

This is like saying: He cannot exist unless He is eternal and necessarily existent in Himself, nor can He be knowing and powerful unless He is living.

If His attributes are inseparable from His essence, this represents greater perfection than if the two could be separated. For if He could exist without the attributes of perfection, perfection would not be necessary for Him, but merely possible. He would then depend on another for those attributes to be established in Him. That would be an imperfection, which is impossible for Him, as previously explained.

It is thus clear that the mutual inseparability of His essence and the attributes of perfection is the very height of perfection.
