This is also indicated by the authentic hadith:
When the people of Paradise enter Paradise, a caller will proclaim: “O people of Paradise, Allah has made you a promise that He wishes to fulfill.”
They will say: “What is it? Has He not brightened our faces, made our scales heavy, admitted us to Paradise, and protected us from the Fire?”
He said: “Then the veil will be lifted, and they will look upon Him. Nothing He has given them will be dearer to them than looking upon Him. This is the ‘increase.’”
According to those influenced by Jahmī doctrines who affirm that Allah will be seen, each person’s veil is with him, and its removal consists in creating perception within him—not that there is a separate veil.
As for whether His coming, descent, and arrival involve movement on His part and a change of place, there are two views among the adherents of the Sunnah, both our companions and others. Allah knows best.
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds. May Allah bless Muhammad and his family and grant them abundant peace.
