the words of Allah Most High:

“Is it the judgment of the age of ignorance they seek? And who is better than Allah in judgment for people who have certainty?”

And His words:

“But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in their disputes, then find within themselves no objection to what you have decided and submit completely.”

Muslims must therefore refer every dispute among themselves to the judgment of Allah and His Messenger. Whoever knowingly judges according to the rulings and law of pellet shooting, or anything else that contradicts the law of Allah and His Messenger and the judgment of Allah and His Messenger, is of the same kind as the Tatars who give precedence to the judgment of the “Yāsiq” over the judgment of Allah and His Messenger. Whoever deliberately does so has compromised his uprightness and religious integrity and must be barred from overseeing the endowment. And Allah knows best.
