He—may Allah Most High have mercy on him—was asked:
A man swore an oath to his wife, saying, “I will surely shun you if you do not pray.” She refused to pray and did not do so, and he stayed away from her bed. Is she entitled to maintenance from her husband or not? What is required of her if she abandons prayer?
