Islam, through mass-transmitted texts and the consensus of the Muslim community, that he commanded the polytheists and the People of the Book to believe in him, that this was the message he brought them, and that he declared them to be disbelievers who would remain in Hell forever.

They openly professed Rāfidī beliefs and forbade us to mention the Rightly Guided Caliphs from the pulpits. They mentioned ʿAlī and openly promoted the cause of the Twelve, whom the Rāfidah claim to be infallible imams. They also claim that Abū Bakr, ʿUmar, and ʿUthmān were disbelievers, evildoers, and oppressors, and that neither they nor their successors were rightful caliphs.

The doctrine of the Rāfidah is worse than that of the Kharijites who departed from the religion. For the Kharijites go no further than declaring ʿUthmān, ʿAlī, and their respective followers disbelievers, whereas the Rāfidah declare Abū Bakr, ʿUmar, ʿUthmān, and the majority of the earliest Muslims disbelievers. They deny far more of the Sunnah of Allah’s Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, than the Kharijites deny. Among them are degrees of lying, fabrication, extremism, and godlessness not found among the Kharijites. They also assist the disbelievers against the Muslims to an extent not found among the Kharijites.

The Rāfidah love the Tatars and their rule because it affords them a prestige they do not attain under Muslim rule. The Rāfidah assist the polytheists, Jews, and Christians in fighting the Muslims. They were among those most instrumental in bringing the Tatars, before their conversion to Islam, into the eastern lands of Khurāsān, Iraq, and Syria, and were among those who gave them the greatest assistance in seizing Muslim lands and killing Muslims
