He also said—may Allah sanctify his soul:

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

To all believers and Muslims whom this reaches:

Peace be upon you, and Allah’s mercy and blessings. We praise Allah, besides whom there is no god. He is worthy of all praise and has power over all things. We ask Him to bless His chosen one, the best of His creation, Muhammad, His servant and Messenger—may Allah bless him and his family and grant them abundant peace.

To proceed:

Allah has fulfilled His promise, granted victory to His servant, honored His army, and defeated the confederates alone.

“Allah turned back those who disbelieved in their rage, having gained no good. Allah spared the believers from fighting. Allah is Strong, Almighty.”

Allah Most High brings this to completion for us through His words:

“And He brought down from their fortresses those of the People of the Book who supported them, and cast terror into their hearts. Some you killed, and others you took captive.”

“And He caused you to inherit their land, their homes, their wealth, and land you had not trodden. Allah has power over all things.”
