then He, Most High, says:
“Then, when the Trumpet is blown with a single blast,
“And the earth and mountains are lifted up and crushed in a single stroke,”
Continuing through His account of Paradise and Hell.
Likewise, in Surah Nūn wa-l-Qalam, He recounts the story of the owners of the garden who withheld what was due from their wealth, and the punishment He inflicted upon them. Then He says:

“That was because their messengers came to them with clear proofs, but they said, ‘Shall mere human beings guide us?’ So they disbelieved and turned away. Yet Allah had no need of them. Allah is Self-Sufficient, Praiseworthy.”
Then He says:
“Those who disbelieve claim that they will never be resurrected. Say, ‘Yes indeed, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected.’”
Likewise, in Surah Qāf, He describes the condition of those who opposed the messengers, and mentions the promise of reward and the warning of punishment in the Hereafter.
