he does so or not, I believe and affirm as part of my faith in Allah that supporting him and assisting him in righteousness and piety, helping his truthfulness and justice prevail rather than the lies and injustice of others, and raising his standing above theirs are among the greatest obligations. There is no power or strength except through Allah.

Shaykh Nasr sent me a message offering to have the judicial records brought to me, should I wish, so that I could challenge them.

I replied: “They are too contemptible and insignificant for their refutation to require that they be produced. I have already demonstrated, on more than twenty grounds, that this judge has departed from the Sharia of Islam, according to the consensus of Muslims—those belonging to the four schools of law and others.”
