Paradise or smell its fragrance; and men carrying whips like the tails of cattle, with which they strike Allah’s servants.”

It is reported in the Sunan that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said to Umm Salamah while she was wrapping her head:

“O Umm Salamah, one wrap, not two.”

It is also reported in the Sahīh that he said:

“Allah has cursed women who imitate men and men who imitate women.”

Both general and specific texts prohibit this. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, stated that these people would be among the inhabitants of the Fire, and foretold their appearance before they came into existence. And Allah knows best.

He was asked:

What if someone prays in a ritually impure place?

He answered:

If someone prays with part of his body in a ritually impure place, being unable to pray anywhere else, he is excused and his prayer is valid. But if he can pray in a ritually pure place, he is not permitted to pray in the impure place.
