Majmu' al-FatawaIbn Taimiya

He was asked:

If some of a woman’s hair becomes visible during prayer, does this invalidate her prayer?

He replied:

If a small amount of her hair or body becomes uncovered, she need not repeat the prayer according to most scholars. This is the position of Abū Hanīfa and Ahmad. If a substantial amount becomes uncovered, she must repeat the prayer within its prescribed time according to the generality of scholars, including the four imams and others. And Allah knows best.

He was asked:

If a woman prays with the top of her foot uncovered, is her prayer valid?

He replied:

The scholars disagree on this. According to the school of Abū Hanīfa, her prayer is valid, and this is one of the two views.
