ʿĀ’ishah said:
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would fast in one month on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and in the next month on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.”

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ:
(كَانَ النبي ﷺ َ يَصُومُ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ السَّبْتَ وَالْأَحَدَ وَالَاثْنَيْنَ وَمِنَ الشَّهْرِ الْآخَرِ الثُّلَاثَاءَ وَالْأَرْبَعَاءَ وَالْخَمِيسَ)
