218 – Authentic – From ʿĀʾishah:

She said: “Each night, when the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, lay down in bed, he would cup his hands, blow into them, then recite into them: ‘Say: He is Allah, One’ (surah al-Ikhlāṣ), ‘Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of daybreak’ (surah al-Falaq) and ‘Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind’ (surah al-Nās). He would then wipe his hands over as much of his body as he could, beginning with his head, his face, and the front of his body, and he performed that three times.”}
