206 – ʿĀʾishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was asked, “Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ever recite poetry?” She replied:

“He would sometimes quote the poetry of Ibn Rawāḥah, repeating his line: ‘And someone for whom you did not pack provisions will bring you news.’”
