172 – Authentic
Abu Hurayrah reported:
“When people noticed the first fruits of the season, they would bring them to the Messenger of Allah—peace and blessings be upon him. When he received the fruit, he would say:
‘O Allah, bless our fruits, bless our city, and bless our sāʿ and our mudd (our units of measure). O Allah, Abraham was Your servant, Your close friend, and Your prophet; and I too am Your servant and Your prophet. He entreated You for Mecca, and I beseech You for Medina with the same prayer he offered for Mecca—and with an equal share in addition.’ ⦗110⦘
١٧٢ - (صحيح)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ:
(كَانَ النَّاسُ إِذَا رَأَوْا أول الثمر جاؤوا به رسول الله ﷺ َ فَإِذَا أَخَذَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ َ قَالَ: (اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِي ثِمَارِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي مَدِينَتِنَا وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِي صَاعِنَا وَفِي مُدِّنَا اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَبْدُكَ وَخَلِيلُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَإِنِّي عَبْدُكَ وَنَبِيُّكَ وَإِنَّهُ دَعَاكَ لِمَكَّةَ وَإِنِّي أَدْعُوكَ لِلْمَدِينَةِ بِمِثْلِ مَا دَعَاكَ بِهِ لِمَكَّةَ وَمِثْلِهِ مَعَهُ)
