84 – (Sound)
Ibn ʿUmar relates:
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a ring made of gold and wore it on his right hand. When the people followed his example and began crafting gold rings, he cast his ring aside ﷺ and said, ‘I shall never wear it again.’ Consequently, the people also discarded their rings.”
