Even if one of them were deep inside a mountain, it would reach him there.”) Only the worst people will remain [as flighty as birds and with the minds of beasts of prey, recognizing no good and condemning no evil. He said: Satan will appear to them and say, “Will you not respond?” Then he will command them to worship idols, and they will worship them, while their provisions remain abundant and their lives comfortable]. They will copulate like donkeys, and it is upon them that the Hour will come.]

47 - [The Trumpet will be blown, and no one will hear it without inclining one side of his neck and raising the other. The first to hear it will be a man plastering his camels’ watering trough. He will be struck down, and so will everyone else.

Then Allah will send rain—he also said, “Allah will send down rain”—like dew or shade—the narrator was uncertain—and from it people’s bodies will grow. “Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on” [al-Zumar: 68]. Then it will be said: “O people, come to your Lord.” “And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned” [al-Sāffāt: 24]. Then it will be said: “Bring out those destined for the Fire.” It will be asked: “How many?” It will be said: “Nine hundred and ninety-nine out of every thousand.” That will be “a Day that will turn children grey-haired” [al-Muzzammil: 17], and that will be the “Day when a shin will be uncovered” [al-Qalam: 42)]
