and this, beyond any doubt, is the sound position regarding the verse; hence the phrase of Abraham and Muhammad, peace be upon them both, was: “ḥasbunā Allāh wa niʿma al-wakīl” (Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Trustee). Allah, glorified and exalted, knows best and is most wise. May Allah bless the finest of His creation, our master Muhammad, and grant peace to him, his family, and his Companions.
