The Divisions of the Counsel

My counsel to you both is divided into two parts:

The first concerns your obligations under the Sacred Law. I shall explain what you must know, while also drawing your attention to what follows from it.

The second concerns how you must conduct yourselves in your worldly affairs and in your dealings with one another.
