Salamah said, “But some among them will have been forced, O Messenger of Allah.” He replied, “They will be resurrected according to their intentions.”

In the Sahīh, Hudhayfah narrates that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“There will be strife in which the one who remains seated is better than the one who rushes into it. Whoever exposes himself to it will be engulfed by it. Whoever finds a shelter or refuge should seek protection there.”

Another version states:

“When it occurs, whoever has camels should go to his camels; whoever has sheep should go to his sheep; and whoever has land should go to his land.”

A man asked, “O Messenger of Allah, what if I am compelled and taken to one of the two battle lines, where a man strikes me with his sword and an arrow comes and kills me?”

He replied, “He will bear his own sin and yours, and will be among the inhabitants of the Fire.”
