—action carried out by the limbs and physical faculties. The two are of equal standing, twin systems and inseparable companions; we make no distinction between them. There is no faith without deeds, and no deed without faith.

Believers vary in their levels of faith, and through righteous works they continue to increase. They do not depart from faith because of sins, nor are they deemed unbelievers for committing a major sin or any other act of disobedience. We do not guarantee the Garden to any doer of good beyond those whom the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, has explicitly assured of it, nor do we bear witness that any evildoer is destined for the Fire.
