Transcendence

1 – He is exalted above His Throne in all His majesty, by His very essence, yet He is close to His creatures through His knowledge. His knowledge encompasses every matter, and His primordial decree is carried out within His creation. He is the All-Generous, the All-Forgiving: “He knows the stealthy glance of the eyes and what the hearts conceal” (Q 40:19).
