—falls under the general wording of the Almighty’s words: “Whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows a way other than that of the believers, We shall let him pursue the path to which he has turned” (Qur’an 4:115).

5. I have arranged this book in three chapters:
   • The first explains their creed and their path;
   • the second urges following them and clinging to their footsteps;
   • and the third demonstrates the soundness of what they embraced, proving that the truth is what they were upon.

We ask Allah, exalted is He, to guide us and all the Muslims to His straight path and to make us—and them—among the heirs of the Garden of Bliss by His mercy. Āmīn.
