- The Qur’an is the speech of Allah and is not created.
One must not characterize it otherwise, nor is it sound simply to say, “It is not created.” He stated: “The speech of Allah is not separate from Him, and nothing that belongs to Him is created. Beware of debating with anyone who hesitates in this matter, or with those who speak of ‘pronunciation’ and similar notions, or with whoever suspends judgment and says, ‘I do not know whether it is created or not; it is only the speech of Allah.’ Such a person is an innovator—no different from the one who openly claims, ‘It is created’—for in reality it is the speech of Allah, not—
٢ - (وَالْقُرْآن كَلَام الله وَلَيْسَ بمخلوق)
وَلَا يصف وَلَا يَصح أَن يَقُول لَيْسَ بمخلوق قَالَ فَإِن كَلَام الله لَيْسَ ببائن مِنْهُ وَلَيْسَ مِنْهُ شَيْء مخلوقا وَإِيَّاك ومناظرة من أخذل فِيهِ وَمن قَالَ بِاللَّفْظِ وَغَيره وَمن وقف فِيهِ فَقَالَ لَا أَدْرِي مَخْلُوق أَو لَيْسَ بمخلوق وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ كَلَام الله فَهَذَا صَاحب بِدعَة مثل من قَالَ هُوَ مَخْلُوق وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ كَلَام الله لَيْسَ
