- (27) Chapter: Affirming Laughter for Allah, Mighty and Majestic
27 - Hamzah ibn Muhammad al-Jaʿfarī informed us: ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn al-Hasan narrated to us in Damascus: Ibn Jawsā informed us: Ibn Mahrūd narrated to us: Ibn al-Qāsim narrated to us, from Mālik, from Abū al-Zinād, from al-Aʿraj, from Abū Hurayrah—may Allah be pleased with him—who reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:
“Allah Most High laughed at two men: one of them killed the other, then both entered Paradise.”

٢٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَعْفَرِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الْحسن بِدِمَشْق أنبا ابْن جوصا ثَنَا أبن مهرود ثَنَا ابْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ﵁ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ضَحِكَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ قَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ ثُمَّ دَخَلَا الْجَنَّةَ)
