• (18) Chapter on Affirming Form for Him, Mighty and Majestic

18 – Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Jārūdī informed us: al-Tabarānī informed us: al-Dabarī narrated to us. h (change of chain)

Yahyā ibn ʿAmmār informed us: Muhammad ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Janāh narrated to us: Ishāq ibn Ibrāhīm narrated to us: Muhammad ibn Rāfiʿ narrated to us. h (change of chain)

Abū Yaʿqūb informed us: my grandfather narrated to us: Hātim and Ibn Mahbūb narrated to us: Salamah narrated to us. They said: ʿAbd al-Razzāq narrated to us: Maʿmar informed us, on the authority of Hammām ibn Munabbih, who said: This is what Abū Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated to us. He said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said:

“Allah created Adam, peace be upon him, in his image; his height was sixty cubits.”
