if we were to return to your religion after Allah has rescued us from it. It is not for us to return to it unless Allah—our Lord—so wills. Our Lord encompasses everything in knowledge. In Allah we place our trust. Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, for You are the best of those who decide” (Q 7:89).

And Noah—may blessings be upon our Prophet and upon him—said: “My counsel will not benefit you, even though I wish to advise you, if Allah intends to lead you astray. He is your Lord, and to Him you will be returned” (Q 11:34).

He, Exalted is He, also says: “She certainly desired him, and he would have desired her, had he not seen the proof of his Lord. Thus did We turn evil and indecency away from him. Truly, he was one of Our devoted servants” (Q 12:24).

And He, Exalted, says: “Indeed We tested Solomon, and We cast upon his throne a body; then he turned in repentance” (Q 38:34).

The treatise al-Fiqh al-Absaṭ by Abū Ḥanīfah (may Allah have mercy on him) is hereby completed. May Allah bless and grant peace to the one after whom there is no prophet, our master Muḥammad, and to his family and all his Companions.

الله كذبا إِن عدنا فِي ملتكم بعد إِذْ نجانا الله مِنْهَا وَمَا يكون لنا ان نعود فِيهَا الا ان شَاءَ الله رَبنَا وسع رَبنَا كل شَيْء علما على الله توكلنا رَبنَا افْتَحْ بَيْننَا وَبَين قَومنَا بِالْحَقِّ وانت خير الفاتحين) وَقَالَ نوح على نَبينَا وَعَلِيهِ الصَّلَاة وَالسَّلَام ﴿وَلَا ينفعكم نصحي إِن أردْت أَن أنصح لكم إِن كَانَ الله يُرِيد أَن يغويكم هُوَ ربكُم وَإِلَيْهِ ترجعون﴾ قَالَ تَعَالَى ﴿وَلَقَد هَمت بِهِ وهم بهَا لَوْلَا أَن رأى برهَان ربه كَذَلِك لنصرف عَنهُ السوء والفحشاء إِنَّه من عبادنَا المخلصين﴾ وَقَالَ تَعَالَى ﴿وَلَقَد فتنا سُلَيْمَان وألقينا على كرسيه جسدا ثمَّ أناب﴾ وَالله اعْلَم تمّ الْفِقْه الأبسط لأبي حنيفَة (رحمه الله) وَصلى الله وَسلم على من لَا نَبِي بعده سيدنَا مُحَمَّد وَآله وَصَحبه اجمعين)
