God’s Attributes Are Eternal
He has never ceased to be All-Knowing by virtue of His knowledge, and knowledge is an eternal attribute. He has never ceased to be All-Powerful through His power, and power is an eternal attribute. He has never ceased to be Speaking by His speech, and speech is an eternal attribute. He has never ceased to be Creating through His act of creation, and the act of creation is an eternal attribute. He has never ceased to be Acting through His action, and action is an eternal attribute. The actor is Allah, exalted is He; action is an eternal attribute, the object of that action is created, and the act of Allah is uncreated.

لم يزل عَالما بِعِلْمِهِ وَالْعلم صفة فِي الْأَزَل وقادرا بقدرته وَالْقُدْرَة صفة فِي الْأَزَل ومتكلما بِكَلَامِهِ وَالْكَلَام صفة فِي الْأَزَل وخالقا بتخليقه والتخليق صفة فِي الْأَزَل وفاعلا بِفِعْلِهِ وَالْفِعْل صفة فِي الْأَزَل وَالْفَاعِل هُوَ الله تَعَالَى وَالْفِعْل صفة فِي الْأَزَل وَالْمَفْعُول مَخْلُوق وَفعل الله تَعَالَى غير مَخْلُوق
