The Intercession of the Prophets, the Balance, and the Basin

Allah, Exalted is He, is gracious to His servants and just. Out of His bounty He may grant a reward many times greater than what the servant deserves; out of His justice He may punish for a sin; and, again from His grace, He may pardon.

The intercession of the Prophets (upon them be peace) is a reality, and the intercession of the Prophet ﷺ for believing sinners—including those guilty of major sins who are liable for punishment—is an established truth.

The weighing of deeds in the Balance on the Day of Resurrection is true, and the Prophet’s ḥawḍ (Basin) is likewise true.
