Allah wills (1). He then reveals to them: ‘You are the keepers of My servant’s deed, but I watch over what lies within him. So multiply it for him and place it in Illiyyīn (2).’” (3).
(1) *Al-Zuhd wa-al-Raqāiq* reads: “until they take it wherever Allah wills within His dominion.”
(2) In *al-Zuhd wa-al-Raqāiq*, the words “So multiply it…” read: “This servant of Mine performed his deed sincerely, so record it in *Illiyyīn* (the highest register).”
(3) Abd Allāh ibn al-Mubārak recorded it in *al-Zuhd wa-al-Raqāiq*, no. 452, with a weak *mursal* chain due to the weakness of Ibn Abī Maryam.
