In MS Z: “The blessed Nukhbah is complete—by Allah’s praise, aid, and gracious success—and may Allah bless our master Muhammad, his family, and grant them peace. Copied by Muhammad b. Ahmad b. Abi Bakr al-Busiri.” In MS H: “The copying was concluded—with the help of Allah, the Sovereign Bestower—during the noble month of Sha‘ban, on Tuesday the fifteenth of that month, in the year 1125 AH. Be assured, my brother, that I transcribed this treatise from a copy written by a pupil of the author; that copy was read to the author, who, in his own hand, authorized it at its end. I have therefore reproduced it without omission or addition.”
