88 – ʿAbd Allah narrated to us; he said, Sulayman ibn Khalid narrated to us; Wahb ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Farkad al-Sabkhi, from Anas ibn Malik, who said:
“I was bringing water for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ so that he could perform ablution one day. He raised his head, looked at me, and said, ‘O Anas, do you not know that among the deeds that secure forgiveness is bringing joy to your Muslim brother: relieving him of a hardship, lifting from him a grief, finding him suitable work, paying off his debt, or taking care of his family in his absence.’”
