65 – Al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to me; Mālik b. Daygham al-Rāsibī narrated to me; he said: Al-Muhallab b. Abī Ṣufrah advised his children, “My son, your clothes look finer on someone else than they do on you, and your mounts appear more splendid beneath another rider than beneath you.”
